Broadcasting from a Secure Network
If you are broadcasting from a secure network (for example, any corporate or school network), your institution may be using a firewall service that may restrict access to certain domains that stream live video. In this case, please your IT Support to configure your network/browser.
No Bad Seats recommends “whitelisting” or “un-restricting” certain domains to ensure smooth viewing of events.
Before an event is going live, please contact help@nobadseats.com if you believe you may have issues and guide you through the process.
After purchasing access to an event, you can also go to the BROADCASTING NOW page and attempt to view it. This will immediately show if there are any issues.
Please Note: This will not affect individual users on home networks or mobile network services which do not restrict content.
